This natural environmental grown rice is produced by farmer’s guest house Kurariko. Seabreeze, minerals in soil, red clay land, all of those nutrients gives life to their rice.
Story of birth
Mr. & Mrs. Matsumoto, used to live in Tokyo searching for rice which produced in the way its sustainable and healthy. In 2013, they moved to Mukatsuku. Land of Mukatsuku possesses forest which is over 50% or more is considered as native forest, and red clay stratum contains rich nutrients. And Seabreeze from Japan sea brings great minerals to the land. By using natural fortune of Mukatsuku, they created natural production rice.
Nature friendly Rice production
In order to make the most of rice taste itself, they never uses pesticide and herbicide, instead, they bring back the straws and rice bran for birds and insects to naturally helps rice to grow and keep in the good condition.
