Every morning, owner chef goes to fish market and find best quality seafood by himself. Other than fresh catch of the day, he makes food represent Japanese four season through his dishes.
Owner Chef Kei Arisawa
After his graduation from high school, he got into famous Japanese restaurant to get trained, and 2016, he independent and open his restaurant Arisawa.
He is strict about purchasing, the way it prepared in order to make the most of original taste of local ingredients, and how its presented on the dishes. He cares not only the taste but looks as well.
Restaurants composed with counter seating where customers can enjoy food and conversation with chef, and table seating where customers are able to gather up bigger party.
